Personal Data Protection and Processing Information Notice

Sönmez Certification Company (“Company”) hereby informs you about the protection and processing of personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Personal Data

The Company collects, stores, updates, and processes your personal and sensitive personal data to provide the best service to its customers and business partners. Your data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Providing our services,

• Responding to your requests,

• Communicating with you,

• Conducting promotional, survey, and evaluation activities,

• Fulfilling our legal obligations in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary and within legal boundaries, with our business partners, service providers, authorized public institutions, and judicial authorities in accordance with KVKK and related legislation.

3. Protection of Personal Data

The Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures required by KVKK to ensure the security of your personal and sensitive personal data. These measures are regularly reviewed, updated, and improved.

4. Rights of Data Subjects

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:

1. Learn whether personal data is processed,

2. Request information regarding their data,

3. Learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used accordingly,

4. Know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

5. Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

6. Request deletion or destruction of personal data,

7. Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties,

8. Object to results arising from automated data analysis,

9. Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

5. Application Procedures

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• In writing to UĞUR MUMCU CAD. ERNA CENTER İŞ MRK. K:1 NO: 3 Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ, or

• Via e-mail to bilgi@sonmezbelgelendirme.com.

Your requests will be finalized within 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if the process incurs additional costs, fees may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

This information notice has been prepared by the Company in compliance with the KVKK and related regulations. The Company reserves the right to update this notice in accordance with legislative changes.
