Our organization is authorized by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK) and accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard. We provide examination and certification services in 7 different sectors and 29 different vocational branches such as Construction, Metal, Textile, Machinery, and Transportation.

It is mandatory to obtain the VQA Vocational Qualification Certificate in hazardous and very hazardous occupations specified in the communiqués published by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services. Employers are subject to administrative fines in case of employing uncertified personnel.

Apart from the special conditions specified in national qualifications, anyone who believes they practice the profession can apply for our exams. A copy of the national identity card, an application form, and a receipt indicating that the exam fee has been paid are required for the application.

Exams generally consist of two stages: Theoretical (multiple-choice test) and Performance (practical) exam. For the candidate to be considered successful, they must obtain the success score specified in the national qualification in both stages.

According to VQA regulations, candidates who fail the first exam are granted two (2) free exam rights within one (1) year in the failed section (theoretical or practical). A refund of the exam fee is not possible.

The validity period of Vocational Qualification Certificates is generally 5 years from the date of issuance. At the end of the 5 years, a renewal (surveillance) process is applied.

Exam fees vary within the upper limits determined by VQA depending on the difficulty of the performance (practical) exam required by the profession, the cost of consumables and equipment used, and the exam duration.

Our exam center and administrative office serve from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:30. Saturday and Sunday are official holidays, and our offices are closed except for special exam arrangements.

You can make your payments via EFT/money transfer to our official Ziraat Bank or other contracted bank accounts listed on the "Bank Details" page on our website. You must write our official commercial title in the recipient/account holder section.

For fast approval of your application, you must write the following details in the explanation section of the receipt: Candidate's National ID Number, Candidate's Full Name, and Name of the Exam to be taken (e.g., Wood Shutterer, Steel Welder). Approval process might be delayed for receipts with missing information.
