The Motor Vehicle Purchase and Sale Responsible Person (Level 5) national qualification is a mandatory Vocational Qualification Certificate for business owners, managers, or responsible personnel involved in the trade of motor vehicles, as regulated by the Turkish Ministry of Trade's Regulation on the Trade of Second-Hand Motor Vehicles. This certificate is essential for dealerships and businesses to obtain the necessary operating license (Yetki Belgesi).
The Level 5 designation indicates that the individual is competent not only in managing operational tasks but also possesses the abilities for management, supervision, business development, and decision-making within the trade.
