The Responsible Real Estate Consultant (Level 5) national qualification is the highest level certificate mandated by the Regulation on Real Estate Trade for natural persons or legal entity representatives who wish to open and operate their own real estate agency or branch.

This certificate proves that the individual possesses not only the operational knowledge but also the expertise in business organization, team management, marketing strategy development, and taking full responsibility for legal and financial processes within real estate transactions. Level 5 competence allows the holder to assume all official responsibilities of the agency and is required to obtain the Real Estate Authority Certificate (Yetki Belgesi). (Level 4 is only applicable to agency employees/consultants).
