Industrial Transporter (Level 3) VQA Vocational Qualification Certification
The **Industrial Transporter (Level 3)** national qualification certifies the knowledge, skills, and safe working competencies of operators (especially Forklift, Stacker/Reachtruck, and Pallet Truck users) carrying out loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking operations in industrial areas such as factories, warehouses, ports, and depots. This certificate is of great importance under the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation for occupations classified as Dangerous and Very Dangerous.
This qualification demonstrates not only the candidate's vehicle handling skills, but also their ability to secure and position loads, organize tasks, perform pre-checks, and carry out basic maintenance in accordance with OHS and environmental standards.

To obtain the Industrial Transporter certificate, candidates must succeed in the A1, A2, and A3 mandatory units, plus at least one of the B1 or B2 elective units.
